 Anthony Genth and Edwin McMullen, Jr. Added to Shell Vacations LLC Management Team
 
Anthony Genth to Assist Shell Vacation's International Division

Northbrook, IL - April 7, 1999 -- Shell Vacations LLC announced today that it has reached an agreement with Anthony Genth, RRP, Managing Partner of the Colorado based Alton Leisure Industries, LLC.

The terms of the agreement call for Genth - through Alton - to assist Shell in the development and operation of an international division. Genth will work with Shell on a part-time basis through the remainder of 1999 with the ultimate objective of having him join Shell's Executive Team as the Senior Executive for International Operations.

According to Simon Crawford-Welch, VP and National Director of Sales and Marketing, "I cannot think of anyone in this industry who has as much international experience as Tony Genth. With over two decades of hands-on operational experience in projects in over a dozen countries, Tony is a tremendous asset to us as we expand our resort base to international markets. He also brings to the table a vast amount of knowledge and experience in international point-based vacation clubs which will enhance the roll-out of our new vacation club."

Prior to founding Alton Leisure Industries in 1996, Genth was Presi-dent of the international division for the Mexico City-based Costamex Group where he was responsible for all international operations in the areas of development, sales and marketing. During his tenure with Costamex, the company's resorts grew from four to over 60, including the incorporation of hotels and hotel units as well as the industry's first cruise program. In addition, as one of the co-founders of LEXES Enterprises, Genth built and operated a highly successful international sales and marketing operation. He is extremely active in ARDA, serving on its Board of Directors and as Chairman of the International Committee and Education Council.

Edwin McMullen, Jr. Named Regional Director - Eastern Region for Shell Vacations LLC

Orlando, FL - April 6,1999- Edwin H. McMullen, Jr. has recently been appointed to the position of Regional Director - Eastern Region for Shell Vacations LLC. Effective immediately, McMullen, Jr. will be responsible for the overall operation of all Shell Vacations resorts and off site sales offices in the Eastern Region, including Canada.

According to Simon Crawford-Welch, VP and National Director of Sales & Marketing, "We are planning aggressive growth east of the Mississippi over the next 24 months to add system balance to our existing resort base which, with the exception of our Canadian project, is west of the Mississippi. Ed's talent and experience are ideally suited for him to play a pivotal role in this important expansion as we introduce our point-based vacation club over the months to come."

With more than two decades of experience in the vacation ownership industry, McMullen, Jr. has most recently been responsible for overseeing Shell's, Carriage Hills resort in Barrie, Ontario. He was also instrumental in the initial development of Shell's new point-based vacation club and played a major role in negotiating Shell's recent partnership agreement with RCI.

Prior to joining Shell Vacations LLC in 1997, McMullen, Jr. provided sales and marketing direction for Hilton Grand Vacations Company's resorts in Las Vegas and Orlando. During his 20 years with the industry, he has also worked in various sales, marketing and management positions with Mariner Properties, Conrad Vacation Ownership, The David Resort Group, Sales Masters, Inc. and Thousand Trails.
