CANTON, MA – SEPTEMBER 5, 2012 –KoolConnect, a leading provider of interactive TV solutions to the hospitality industry since 1999, today announced the appointment of Beth Carey as Senior Vice President of Strategic Sales.  In this newly created position, Ms. Carey will have a particular focus on expanding the implementation of the company’s new VU solution among hotel Owners, Developers and Management Groups.

Ms. Carey most recently served as Director of Major Accounts for LodgeNet, where she spent 9 years selling interactive in-room entertainment including Video on Demand, free-to-guest satellite programming, professional services, HD programming, consulting services and HSIA to high profile major hotel companies, large management groups and Real Estate Investment Trusts.  Her work with hotels also extends to a stint at STSN (now iBAHN) and roles with AT&T/TCI Cablevision and Spectravision. 
 
During her career, Ms. Carey has successfully sold Video on Demand services to clients including Omni, Four Seasons, Loews, Starwood, Hyatt, IHG, FelCor, La Quinta, Disney and many more.
