Jeff Arnold, Chairman of Forbes Travel Guide, formerly Mobil Travel Guide, the gold standard in luxury hospitality ratings for over 50 years, will introduce innovative concepts to the over 500 top concierges in attendance, representing the gold service standard in leading hotels  in the USA, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Canada.  Mr. Arnold, also the visionary behind Startle.com, the online home of Forbes Travel Guide, Howstuffworks.com, Sharecare.com and founder of WebMD, will offer his views on how to digitally activate the Les Clefs d’Or concierges to assist them in curating a collective voice in the online conversation that impacts today’s consumer in an informative and relevant way.

“Our goal with Les Clefs d’Or is to always take guest service to the next level of excellence. We look forward to learning more from Mr. Arnold about how we can enhance our personal and guest interactions using technology and social media tools,” said Jeanne Mills, President of Les Clefs d’Or USA, Chef Concierge of the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, the world’s largest concierge team and Congress Chair. The Congress will also feature Jeff Wielgopolan, Director of Executive Training, Forbes Travel Guide, to lead the audience of global concierges to better behavioral awareness of how Five-Star standards and expectations are achieved. Events will be held at various hotel properties and venues including MGM Grand, Aria Resort, Fremont Street, Caesars Palace, The Palazzo Resort, The Wynn and Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas amongst many other Las Vegas experiences. Delegates will be housed at The Signature at MGM Grand.
