Toronto, Canada, May 10, 2011: Over 600 of the world’s top concierges, from 42 countries converged on Toronto, Canada, at the Royal York Hotel, in unprecedented numbers last week to focus on global challenges in delivering service, trends in hospitality markets worldwide and the evolution of the concierge profession at the 58th annual Congress of Union Internationale des Concierges d ’Hotels (U.I.C.H.).
