Condé Nast Traveler's '2011 Best In The World' Readers Choice List

The Woodlands (Houston), Texas, October 2011 … Benchmark Hospitality International, a leading US-based hospitality management company, has announced that five of its properties have achieved the Condé Nast Traveler Readers Choice “Best in the World” list for 2011.  Four properties are part of the company’s recently launched Personal Luxury Resorts & Hotels, the hospitality industry’s newest brand.

“We are very pleased with this honor and thrilled that readers of Condé Nast Traveler have chosen five of our hotels as the ‘Best in the World’,” said Burt Cabañas.  “To have a third of our new collection of Personal Luxury Resorts & Hotels achieve a place on this highly respected list is extremely rewarding as well.”

“One of the experiences we strive for daily is that we ‘walk the talk’ of superior, memorable customer service for each of our guests,” said Greg Champion, Benchmark’s chief operating officer.  “Achievements like Condé Nast Traveler’s Best in the World list help us know, tangibly, that we are succeeding, and that this success must be repeated every day.”
