(Denver, CO) January 18, 2010 - Sage Hospitality Resources announced today the appointment of Susan Lee Furbay as Head of Acquisitions and Business Development for the Denver based hotel management and development company.

We see tremendous opportunity to work with commercial lenders this coming year as they take action on non-performing loans and seek to maximize asset value, remarks Sage Hospitality President and CEO Walter Isenberg.  Susans impressive work and vision shows shes a highly respected industry leader.   Her appointment will prove strategic for Sage on building on the positive and aggressive goals weve set for 2010.
