  The Green Team and PointSource Services, LLC Alliance Brings
 "Virtual Corporate Office" Resources to Hotel Operators
 and Management Companies



Nashville TN/Dallas TX (January 13, 2010) - Hotel industry executives with decades of corporate knowledge, experience and contacts are finding new opportunities in providing a "virtual corporate office" to hotel owners and management companies. Mike and Shannon Green founded The Green Team based in Nashville TN to provide hospitality services to clients across the country.
Dieter Kadoke and Frank Dameron formed PointSource Services, LLC headquartered in Dallas TX, to provide foodservice consulting and purchasing resources for profit enhancement to the industry on a scale the smaller operator may not reach alone. Together The Green Team and PointSource Services LLC have formed the foundation of a virtual corporate office for the hotel industry including services from revenue generation to "turnkey" renovation support.

"In purchasing, the numbers tell the story the independent hotel or small management company needs to hear," said Dieter Kadoke, President of Point Source Services, LLC. "In food and beverage, the price markups can range from 12 to 22 percent, based on volumes. For our average hotel or restaurant the straight markup is 8 percent. We have agreements with 80 top quality brands, including Sysco, Heinz, General Mills, Smuckers Hormel, Sara Lee and McCormick Spices; and in addition to competitive pricing and incentives, all the allowances go straight back to the customer."

The one-stop theme does not end with the phone call. In the case of PointSource, a purchasing agreement can mean one truck instead of forty and one invoice instead of dozens, freeing up both the loading dock and the controller for greater efficiencies. At the same time, PointSource allows for flexibility. If a chef prefers a different brand of ketchup, he can still order it on the purchasing plan; he just may not get the same pricing or incentive benefits. If, on the other hand, he can add paper product purchasing from the housekeeping department, the benefits increase.
