CPC Hospitality Names Rob Willard
Senior Vice President of Operations

ST. LOUIS -- May 13, 2008 - CPC Hospitality has named Rob Willard senior vice president of operations. Prior to joining CPC as a founding partner, Willard was general manager of Clayton on the Park, a hotel and residence, consisting of 109 hotel suites and 104 luxury apartments in Clayton, Mo. He has logged a 19-year career in the hospitality industry following his graduation with a bachelor�s degree in hospitality management from The Ohio State University. CPC is the hotel development/management division of longtime St. Louis developer Conrad Properties Corp. The company is in the midst of a $13 million renovation/expansion program that will result in the introduction of a 120-room Hotel Indigo to Clayton, Mo. in 2009. Hotel Indigo is franchised by the InterContinental Hotel Group based in Atlanta, Ga.
