Kurt Furlong Joins CPC Hospitality as Senior Vice President

LOUIS -- May 1, 2008 - CPC Hospitality has named Kurt Furlong senior vice
president -- sales and marketing.
Prior to joining CPC as a founding partner, Furlong served in multiple executive capacities for Lodgian, Inc. In his final position as vice president of revenue with the Atlanta, Ga.-based company, he was responsible for revenue generation and strategy management of a 43-hotel, multi-flag portfolio that produced revenues of more than $280 million annually. He has logged over 20 years in the hospitality industry following his graduation with a bachelor�s degree in hospitality management from The Ohio State University. CPC is the hotel development/management division of longtime St. Louis developer Conrad Properties Corp. The company is in the midst of a $13 million renovation/expansion program that will result in the introduction of a 120-room Hotel Indigo to Clayton, Mo. in 2009. Hotel Indigo is franchised by the InterContinental Hotel Group based in Atlanta, Ga.
