Buffalo, New York, June 16, 2008Mark Holzberg, Chairman and CEO of Lorica Solutions (www.loricasolutions.com), the leader in converged managed networks for the hospitality industry, has announced the appointment of Patrick Lewis to the position of Senior Vice President of Operations.

Lewis joins several other senior level staff members who have joined Lorica and will enable the organization to scale its operations to meet significant growth opportunities. They include: Jeff Weiland, Regional Vice President of Sales; Pete Hasenauer, Vice President of R&D Operations; Fred Haskins, Vice President of Program Management; Graham Macdonald, Managing Director of Sales; and Jim Subak, Managing Director of Sales.

Lorica is positioning the company to accommodate a substantial influx of new business and expanded market opportunities, domestically and internationally. The growth is being generated around the new state-of-the-art Lorica Room Center and Loricas network support services and high speed Internet deployments.

We have a product suite that is in the right place at the right time and are very optimistic about the opportunities on the horizon and our expanding pipeline of business, said Mark Holzberg, Chairman and CEO. Establishing a foundation of exceptional top management is a critical first step in preparing the company to scale to meet those growth opportunities. We now have some of the best people in the industry on our senior management team, and are poised to embrace those opportunities as we continue to add management and staff.

Loricas organization build-out is addressing opportunities for its leading edge converged managed networks for new build hotels and those that are renovating or upgrading their networks and for supporting the current needs of hotels for superior High Speed Internet Access (HSIA) and guest support.

The Lorica Room Center (LRC) is the only fully managed converged network specifically designed for the hospitality industry. The LRC acts as a communications hub and monitoring node for all in-room devices, enabling new technologies like HDTV while providing proactive monitoring and support from Loricas 24x7 Network Operations Center and Help Desk.

We are literally bringing in new business every day and we are expanding globally, while also establishing key partner and business development relationships, added Holzberg.

Our strength is three-fold, explained Holzberg. We have incredibly creative R&D people who take the time to understand the unique needs of the hospitality industry and fashion solutions that are the result of that; solid network engineering skills and deployment know-how, backed up by high quality hospitality-centric support and service.

It is a pleasure to scale an organization that is on course to meet and exceed the needs of the market with the highest quality products and services.
