– Oct. 9, 2007 – VingCard, part of the ASSA ABLOY Hospitality Group, announced
today it has signed an agreement to install electronic locks in the Sheraton
Cable Beach Resort and Wyndham Nassau Resort & Crystal Palace Casino,
both of which are owned by Baha Mar Resorts, Ltd., the lead partner in
the creation and development of Baha Mar resort project in Nassau, The
Bahamas, and the management arm for resort and real estate operations.

total guestrooms, with installation completed in 1,600 rooms in the development
