 HONOLULU,
OAHU, HAWAII � March 2, 2007 - Steve Winter, vice president of operations
for Outrigger's Condominium Collection, is pleased to announce the promotion
of Barrett De Santos to the position of General Manager of the Outrigger
Aina Nalu resort condominium on the island of Maui. In his new role,
De Santos is responsible for day-to-day operation of the property overseeing
all departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and front office.
Owner relation is also a key component of his new position in acting as
Outrigger�
s representative with the property�s Outrigger rental program and the
Association of Apartment Owners.
De Santos has over 25 years of hotel industry experience, the last six
of which has been spent as senior sales manager for Outrigger�s beachfront
division, which include the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach and Outrigger
Reef on the Beach. His early career also included six years as sales
manager with Outrigger Hotels & Resorts. In between, De Santos
held senior sales positions with the New Otani Kaimana Beach Hotel and
the Halekulani Hotel on Oahu as well as the Royal Lahaina Resort and the
former Embassy Suites Resort on Maui.
