St. Paul, MN � October 2, 2006 � Lodge Hotels & Resorts has been awarded the management contract for the Holiday Inn St. Paul East by the property�s owner, J & W Lodging. The Lodge Hotels & Resorts� first property in the Twin Cities, the Holiday Inn St. Paul East, is in the process of completing a multi-million dollar renovation. The Holiday Inn St. Paul East, located adjacent to the 3M Corporate Headquarters on Burns Avenue and McKnight Road at 2201 Burns Ave. �This is an important milestone for The Lodge Hotels & Resorts as it is our first property in the Twin Cities market.
