ATLANTA (March 7, 2006) � InterContinental Hotels Group announced today
the opening of its latest Crowne Plaza hotel in St. Paul, Minn., the brand�s
first in the St. Paul market. The 21-story, 479-room property is located
in the heart of the Twin Cities Business district and sits atop the bluffs
of the Mississippi River. With the addition of the Crowne Plaza St.
Paul-Riverfront, there are now five Crowne Plaza hotels with more than
1,300 guestrooms in the state of Minnesota.

Crowne Plaza St. Paul-Riverfront which is owned by Trinity Hotel
Investors, LLC and managed by Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc., under
a license agreement with a company in the InterContinental Hotels Group

as the Radisson Riverfront Hotel St. Paul.
�This is the fourth hotel to be added to the Crowne Plaza portfolio
in North America this year,� said Kevin Kowalski, vice president, brand
management, Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts.
The Crowne Plaza St. Paul-Riverfront features the newly introduced
Crowne Plaza Sleep Advantage which is available at all Crowne Plaza hotels
in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The hotel has three dining facilities.
The Carousel Restaurant offers fine dining and exquisite views of the Mississippi
River, while casual dining is available at Plaza Java and The Port of Call
Lounge. Eleven guestrooms are suites and several feature Jacuzzis.
The Crowne Plaza St. Paul-Riverfront also offers an indoor heated pool
and hot tub, fitness center, business center, and high speed internet access,
both wired and wireless.
