In order to face the increased demand for Revenue Management Techniques and Solutions throughout the Hospitality Industry worldwide, and to take the company to the next level, Easy (Ez) Revenue Management Solutions now seek to hire a high level proffessional for the position of: 

Director of Sales – EMEA

The position offered is based permanently in our London (Mayfair) offices with frequent travel as a prerequisite - throughout the UK, Europe and potentially the USA and rest of the world. 

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a ‘High Achiever’ and seasoned Professional of the Hospitality (Hotels, Resorts, Tour Operating) Industry, coupled with a minimum proven track record of 5+ years of high net worth Sales success to leading Blue Chip organisations and the Independent sector alike.
In addition, previous experience in Revenue / Hotel Front Office Management, Reservation Procedures or Property Management Systems is mandatory and the candidate must have a strong analytical background and in-depth knowledge of the concepts of Revenue Management. 

Main Responsibilities

The Director of Sales – EMEA will report directly to the Managing Director in the initial stages and will be fully responsible for:-

  • Achievement of company Sales Targets within EMEA (as per official EasyRMS Budgets)
  • Budgetary responsibility for company Sales activities
  • Management and further development of the direct Corporate Sales Team
  • Relationship & Management of existing Distribution Channels 
  • Company Direct Sales Activities to both Independent and Chain Hotel sectors
  • Prospecting : Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Database Administration, Mailshot / E-Mail Campaigns
  • Both personal and team Client Sales Presentations & Internet Sales Presentations
  • Account Management, (enabling successful rollouts from pilot installations) 
  • Management and identification of new business opportunities
  • Organisation and attendance of trade shows within EMEA
  • Development of Strategic Alliances within EMEA region 
Terms & Conditions
  • Available to start immediately / within 3 month notice period
  • Based in London offices.
  • Must speak fluent English, ideally with French at a reasonable conversation level.
  • Salary – Negotiable, depending on profile. It is envisaged that the Director of Sales – EMEA will be positioned on a strong base salary along with a generous commission package, leading to an OTE in excess of £100K + per year.
