Pegasus Solutions Chosen by Distinguished Hotels for
Reservation System, Internet and Voice Services Offerings

DALLAS and LONDON (August 16, 2005) — Pegasus Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: PEGS) today announced that Distinguished Hotels International has selected several Pegasus reservations services, including the RezView® central reservation system (CRS), NetBooker® Internet booking engine, and both private-label and Utell by Pegasus™ voice services. Distinguished Hotels is a collection of over 130 upscale boutique and lifestyle hotels in 20 countries around the world. Dallas-based Pegasus Solutions is a global leader in providing technology and services to hotels and travel distributors.
 
Using Pegasus’ RezView CRS, Distinguished Hotels have their own chain code and will be able to promote their own brand, while still benefiting from the TravelCom® online commission processing system and simplified rate management tools. Travel agents are now able to book Distinguished Hotels on the global distribution systems (GDSs) under the chain code DH. 
 
The award-winning RezView is a highly customizable CRS that can be easily integrated with a suite of complementary services, including voice reservation services and Internet booking tools. Pegasus’ voice services offer a professional call answering service for hoteliers, with voice representation in 41 countries and 11 languages. Distinguished Hotels’ choice of private-label voice processing means travel agents will soon be able to call one local number to book Distinguished Hotels, while Distinguished Hotels will continue to benefit from voice reservations made through the Utell by Pegasus voice centers. NetBooker, Pegasus’ private-label Internet booking engine, integrates seamlessly with the RezView CRS and Distinguished Hotels’ own Web site for real-time booking confirmations.
