electronic distribution and reservation services for the newest Hard Rock-branded
casino and hotel properties via the company�s Unirez by Pegasusä representation
offering. The implementation of these services highlights the integration
of Unirez�s e-distribution and channel management solution into the services
Pegasus offers to independent hotels and small groups. Dallas-based
Pegasus acquired Unirez in December 2003. Pegasus Solutions is a
leading worldwide provider of hotel reservations-related services and technology.
