AmeriTel Inns Selects PrinterOn for
Guest Printing Services

AmeriTel Adds Convenient Guest Printing to its
Complimentary High-Speed Internet Access

BOISE, ID and KITCHENER, ON, May 4, 2004 - AmeriTel Inns has selected PrinterOn's remote guest printing service for all of its brand properties. The service lets guests using the hotel's high-speed Internet service print documents from their room to the hotel's business center.

AmeriTel Inns owns and manages upscale mid-service properties located across four states.

The guest printing service will be fully deployed in all AmeriTel Inn properties by second quarter 2004.

Chuck Everett, Operations Manger for AmeriTel Inns, said "Driverless printing as a guest amenity complements our guest room high speed Internet access. Any guest who connects to the Internet can now easily print to the printer in our lobby without any notebook configuration or software installation. We think adding the convenience of remote printing is the next step in providing professional services for the guests we cater to."

The PrinterOn remote printing service makes it possible for AmeriTel Inn guests to print from a notebook computer, either wired or wireless, to a printer in the hotel's business center without special cables, drivers or technical support. To use the remote guest printing service, guests simply connect to the Internet and use their Web browser to visit the hotel's printing Web site. In addition to notebook printing, guests can print documents using wireless handhelds such as a Palm Powered handheld, Blackberry or Pocket PC.

John Kaarid, PrinterOn's Director of Business Development, added, "Hotels continue to standardize on PrinterOn's Internet printing services because of our simple guest experience, enhanced security, and as a market differentiator to build customer loyalty."
