Guest Printing Attractive to Hoteliers as a Value-Added
Service for Business Guests
Kitchener, ON June 19, 2003: PrinterOn Corporation, specialists in wireless and remote Internet printing, is seeing rapid adoption of its Hotel Guest Printing service at major North American brand hotels. Several independent properties operating under such brand names as Hyatt, Radisson, Doubletree and Marriott have already installed the printing service.

This announcement follows months of proven and successful trials by these hotels where many are already offering the printing service to their guests. Printing services for guests is a rapidly growing amenity as hoteliers respond to the increasing demand from business travelers to recreate office conveniences while traveling.

"We bundle PrinterOn's printing service with our high-speed Internet access which our guests appreciate it has a wow factor with our guests," said Sam Kapadia, director of operations, Radisson Lexington, NY. Perhaps more importantly, the service benefits our sales managers as it adds to the list of value added items that differentiate us from the competition. Sam continues, "PrinterOn was very dedicated in working with us to ensure a trouble free installation and continues to be proactive in their relationship with the hotel."

"We heard about the PrinterOn service from a sister property. In less than 30 minutes from the time we contacted PrinterOn, we had a customized Doubletree driverless printing service running in our hotel," commented Steve Robbins, general manager, Doubletree, Key West, FL.

"Without I.T. support, we were able to easily have the printing service installed and up and running with just a phone call," commented Larry Daniels, general manager, Hyatt New Brunswick, NJ.

The Hotel Guest Printing service enables notebook users to print from the comfort of their guest room to a printer within the hotel. With PrinterOns driverless printing, there's no software for the guest to install. To print documents, users simply browse to the hotels service home page and print. The documents are sent to a color or black and white printer without special cables, drivers or technical support.

"We see the PrinterOn printing service as a competitive advantage and a way for our guests, and especially for Rogers AT&T wireless customers, to simply and conveniently print their email and attachments while staying at our hotel," said Peter Borrowdale, general manager, Toronto Marriott Bloor Yorkville, Toronto, ON.

Demonstrations of the web-based printing browser will take place at the HITEC hospitality technology show June 24-26, 2003 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, New Orleans, LA, booth #1537.
