The design for The Westin Trillium House was inspired by the grand Georgian Bay lakeside lodges of the past. The condominium-hotel will be situated at the base of the Blue Mountain ski hills and will border the three-acre (one hectare) millpond to give it a unique ski-in, ski-out, lakeside position. In addition to 10,000 square feet of meeting space, the hotel will enjoy convenient access to an adjoining indoor/outdoor aquatic center. The aquatic center, featuring waterfalls, slides and pools will be open to the public and provide a year-round draw for the new property.

This highly anticipated property represents the latest real estate opportunity in the Village at Blue for potential homeowners. Each of the self-contained suites, including a prestigious 1,482 square-foot Presidential Suite, is available for sale by reservation only.
