ATLANTA (Mar. 31, 2003) - Holiday Inn* Hotels and Resorts, "America's Hotel," announced today that the new 208-room Holiday Inn-Atlanta-North Druid Hills recently opened, representing another addition to the mid-scale brand's portfolio of full-service hotels. 
 

The newly renovated Holiday Inn hotel is owned and managed by JHM Hotels, under a license agreement with an affiliate of Six Continents Hotels, Inc. "We invested more than $3.5 million to convert this property from a Radisson to a Holiday Inn hotel and are pleased with the end result," said Laverne Shuman, general manager. "Atlanta is a well-traveled market for tourism and business travel and a perfect fit for the Holiday Inn product."

The hotel's restaurant, "Metro Cafe," serves breakfast and dinner in an elegant setting seven days a week. The hotel's casual cocktail lounge is open in the evenings. Ideal for business meetings and other food and beverage functions, the property features four meeting rooms encompassing 1,800 square-feet of the hotel.
