Scheduled to open in January 2004, this upscale mid-priced hotel property will feature 200 rooms; 8,000-square feet of meeting space with banquet rooms, smaller meeting rooms, and a board room; a fitness center; an indoor pool and Jacuzzi; high-speed Internet access; and a full-service restaurant including a separate Flight Lounge designed for air travelers.

�This Hilton Garden Inn signals Phase I of a planned multi-unit development for what will become the Millennium Center, a 22-acre hospitality complex near Atlanta�s airport,� says H.P. Rama, chairman of the board and chief executive officer for JHM Hotel Management. �Designed to service the needs of air travelers with different facilities and amenities, the Millennium Center will consist of three additional hotels; a full-service, free-standing restaurant; and an office building.� These construction dates will be announced separately.

According to Mac Carpenter, operations executive for the Greenville-based Suitt Construction Company, the building pad has been prepared and is ready for the foundation. �We are excited to build another project for JHM Hotels,� says Carpenter who has worked on four previous JHM projects. �The Rama family members bring a lot of construction expertise and creative thought to every project.
