LOS ANGELES - March 2003 - Kor Hotel Group has
selected GuestWare as the Customer Relationship Management solution for
four of its high-end, boutique hotels. The Los Angeles-based company already
has installed GuestWare in three of its California properties: the Avalon
Hotel and Maison 140 in Beverly Hills, and the Viceroy in Santa Monica.
It soon will install GuestWare in its Palm Springs-based Estrella hotel.

Using data from Kor�s Hotel Information Systems
property management system, GuestWare�s Guest Recognition software automatically
builds and maintains a database of Kor�s repeat guests. GuestWare�s unique
matching process compares expected arrivals with past customers to identify
each repeat visitor. It also detects duplicates and questionable matches
to ensure that all repeat guests get the special attention they deserve.

that contain detailed demographics, preferences and a history of visits,

or print guest lists by number of nights, visits, revenue, city and more.
Mailings also can be generated based on city, visit history and preferences.�

GuestWare�s Incident Tracking feature enables
Kor to generate reports that detail incidents by room, group or type of
incident. Graphing tools give the company the ability to see the most common
problems and identify trends. Kor staff can generate graphs by �Time of
Day,� �Day of Week,� �Staff,� �Room Section,� �Cost,� or �Reported by�
for any date range.
