 Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group Installs GuestWare 
to Improve Guest Loyalty Program

Seattle, WA - July 31, 2001 - Diversified Computer Corporation, a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for the lodging industry, is pleased to announce their product GuestWare will be installed in the Hotel Monaco New Orleans in August. The installation marks the 25th GuestWare installation for Kimpton Group this year. Additionally, GuestWare will also be installed in new Kimpton Group managed hotels as they open.  Kimpton Group hotels are implementing GuestWare�s Guest Recognition and Rapid Response modules.
