The 175,000 square foot resort will feature 200 luxurious guest rooms and suites as well as 23,000 square feet of dedicated conference space offering, high-speed Internet access, rear screen projection, dual lighting, fiber connectivity for satellite conferences, centralized coffee break kiosks and a full service business concierge.
 

The resort will boast a championship 7,100-yard links style golf course designed by renowned Shearon Golf of Pennsylvania. Special amenities include a panoramic 350-seat riverside signature conference restaurant, a 225-seat sports bar and grill featuring a full service dining experience, sports memorabilia, virtual golf, darts, shuffleboard, etc.  An 80 slip marina will open in 2003 directly at the resorts front entrance and will feature dinner cruises and water taxis to/from Philadelphia and the Airport.

A highlight of the Riverwinds Resort is a 100,000 square foot fitness and health center featuring indoor basketball, an Olympic size indoor pool, an indoor lagoon pool with 2 story waterslide, extensive free weights, circuit training, cardio-vascular and indoor track.  The center will also feature 10 championship clay tennis courts, a 1500-seat outdoor amphitheater and year-round ice-skating.  A Day Spa/Wellness center will also be located within the resort and will offer massage therapy, beauty treatments, fitness and nutritional counseling.  This fabulous center the largest of any conference resort will open later this year.
