Sentry Hospitality will lead the development and management of this Queens County New York hotel and conference center.  The Flushing Hotel will offer the greater NY metropolitan area executive level four diamond services and amenities.

The property will feature 254 luxurious rooms and suites, varied dining and catering along with an exhibition/conference center.  The property will also feature a variety of shops, restaurants, business services and entertainment venues.  The 61,000 square foot center will be positioned as Queens largest luxury exhibit space as well as offering exciting catering venues.  The largest ballroom will seat well over 1000 guests while smaller junior ballrooms and conference rooms will seat from 15 to 500 people.

The Flushing Hotel & Conference Center is located 10 minutes from LaGuardia Airport and just 15 minutes from Midtown Manhattan. Specialized amenities and services a full service restaurant and lounge, SMART guest rooms featuring computers, Internet access and interactive TV.  24-hour room service will be available as well as a fitness center and indoor swimming pool.

Sentry Hospitality, Inc also has been awarded the development and management contract for The Lincoln County Golf & Conference Resort.  The resort will be integrated along 26 beautiful acres along the unspoiled Clark�s Hill Lake in Eastern Georgia.  The largest lake east of the Mississippi with over 1000 miles of undeveloped shoreline sitting between South Carolina and Georgia.

The 170,000 square foot resort will feature 175 luxurious guest rooms and suites as well as a 16,000 square feet of dedicated conference center offering high-speed Internet access, rear screen projection, dual lighting, fiber connectivity for satellite conference.

The resort will boost a Pebble Beach inspired 18-hole championship golf course and will be integrated with Sentry Hospitality�s flagship resort, The Marietta Conference and Golf Resort in Atlanta Georgia and Sentry�s newest golf & conference resort, The Legends at Capitol Hill on The Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail creating the most comprehensive, four diamond resort and business experience in the Southeast United States. 

Special amenities include a panoramic 250-seat lakeside signature conference restaurant, a 125-seat grill and tavern as well as a marina offering boat, kayak, canoe and windsurfer rentals.

A summer 2001 groundbreaking is schedule with a fall 2002 opening.
