November 28, 2000 - To create and maintain a custom portal for each hotel, Wiredinn needed a template-based content management solution to provide easy design and continuously updated content.  Additionally, they needed a solution that allowed non-technical people to use the software and take ownership of the content.

This will enable Wiredinn to customize the Wiredinn Portal for each hotel property and its local area even more rapidly than it does today.

Wiredinn will also leverage Resolution�s ease-of-use to enable each hotel�s staff to update and maintain their own content areas on the Portal. This capability will empower the hotels to provide guests with up-to-date information without having to rely on Wiredinn.  �This was one of the key selling points of Resolution,� said Hanrahan. �We want the hotels to take ownership of their content, but to do this they need a solution that even a non-technical person can use.  If they can use Microsoft Word, they can create and post content using Resolution.  Resolution�s work flow will enable us to approve anything they author, but it will still give them the opportunity to author.�
