Located at 99 Erdman Way, the seven story hotel is located near Cisco Systems, Simplex Time Recorder and Devens Technology Park with Gillette and Biogen.  Hotel amenities include 14,000 square feet of meeting space, two restaurants, lounge, pool, and covered outdoor pavilion gift shop. 

�This acquisition is perfectly consistent with our strategy of taking well located, full-service conference-type facilities,� added Procaccianti.  �We will continue to seek similar acquisition opportunities in the Northeast, upon which we can improve.�

The approximately $3.0 million renovation will include upgrading all guest rooms.  Additionally, the functions rooms and lobby will be refurbished.  A new state-of-the-art exercise facility and high-speed Internet access also will be added.
