the second and third franchised Wingate Inn hotels in Jacksonville, Florida,
with both expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2001. A four-story,
81-room property will be located on I-95 Airport Road, SW Quad, at the
Jacksonville Airport, while the second one, a four-story, 104-room hotel,
will be in Windsor Commons Park at Butler Boulevard and Hodges Road.
