Marshall Management is overseeing the construction of the 84-unit Marina Suites Inn located on Rehoboth Bay at Dewey Beach, Del., a popular resort just south of Rehoboth Beach.  The property will feature spacious one and two-bedroom suites with fireplace units, a rooftop swimming pool, an exercise room and whirlpool. The property is expected to open June.   In addition, Marshall Management will manage the property�s existing 179-slip marina, which is an integral part of the resort.   �We intend to manage the marina both as an operating business and as an added amenity to the hotel complex,� said Marshall. 

In Ocean City, Md., the company currently is consulting during the construction of the Stowaway Inn & Conference Center and will manage the 250-room, full-service convention hotel located on the boardwalk. Scheduled to open in August, the facilities will include 10,000 square feet of meeting space capable of handling groups of up to 800 people.  The hotel also will feature a restaurant, lounge, retail space and a parking garage.

�Ocean City is expanding its market to include a larger convention and meeting component for both the high and shoulder seasons,� said Marshall.  �With our group business marketing expertise, we expect to help this top quality product achieve a leadership position in the market,� he said.
