• The former 168 room Clarion Hotel & Conference Center has been closed for renovations since January 2000 and is expected to re-open as a Sheraton Four Points by July 1, 2000.  The property has conference and banquet facilities to accommodate up to 1300 people, as well as a restaurant, lounge, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pool.

• On June 1, 2000 Coakley & Williams will assume management of the 122 room Days Inns, located directly off I-95 .  C&W will also manage the Denny�s Restaurant, which is located on the premises.

Jim�s previous experience was as Corporate Controller for a hotel/real estate developer. During those past 15 years, Jim oversaw the accounting office and enforced the policies and procedures in the Controller�s manual.  Jim graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and in 1988 he passed the CPA exam.
