William Hoffman has been appointed receiver and Trigild has been named management company for the Rodeway Inn, a 100-unit full service airport property in Phoenix.  Hoffman is president of Trigild, a 25-year old management company that specializes in receiverships and REO management.  Trigild has operated hundreds of hotels and specialized assets like water parks, senior assisted care living facilities, restaurants, retail, multi-family and commercial buildings. 

Hoffman has served as Receiver for nearly 200 income properties including 70 hotels.  He is an attorney, Certified Hotel Administrator, real estate broker, expert witness, speaker and writer.  Hoffman serves as a board member of the San Diego Receivership Forum and formerly served as president of the California Lodging Industry Association.

Trigild has been managing hotels and other income properties for 25 years.  It has earned the reputation as a specialist in turning around under-performing properties.  Its list of successful turnarounds includes hotels, resorts, water parks, assisted care facilities and multi family properties.
