HARS Systems Inc. Providing Travel Agent 
Global Distribution Services and Internet Distribution 
for AmeriTel Inns of Idaho

CALGARY, June 9, 2000 - HARS Systems Inc. (HSS:CDNX), through its wholly owned subsidiary VIP International Corporation, announced the signing of a travel agent global distribution services and Internet distribution agreement with AmeriTel Inns of Idaho. 

The AmeriTel Inns are another recent addition to the VIP portfolio and are a direct result of the expanded VIP sales team. AmeriTel owns and operates 7 hotels throughout Idaho and 1 property in Washington State, with plans to open another property in September of this year.  VIP�s newest customer will add another 1,000 rooms to its portfolio distributed through the travel agent global distribution systems and Internet travel websites such as, travelocity.com. placestosytay.com, expedia.com and carsandhotels.com.  

The contract is valued at approximately $200,000 annually. AmeriTel previously utilized the services of one of VIP�s largest competitors; Lexington Services Corporation located in Dallas, Texas and will go live on the VIP system by July 10, 2000.  Rita Emmer, VIP�s Vice President of Sales said �This very substantial hotel group continues to validate VIP�s business model and confirms that VIP is a dominant player in the marketplace.  We are very pleased to be doing business with AmeriTel.�
