HUTCHINSON, KS - March 31, 2000 - Bethany Whittredge
has been named Treasury Manager for Leisure Hotels, L.L.C. in response
to the exponential growth of the company and the realignment of job responsibilities.
| As Corporate Treasury Manager, Whittredge will
focus on managing multiple bank accounts, accounts receivable, loan documents,
risk management, franchise relationships and a variety of special projects
on behalf of The Leisure Group of Companies. In addition, Whittredge is
responsible for managing all aspects of the company's fixed assets.
Whittredge joined Leisure Hotels, L.L.C. in 1995 as assistant controller
and served as Corporate controller for almost three years administering
general ledger accounting, payroll, tax reporting, fixed asset reporting,
and depreciation. Prior to joining Leisure Hotels, Whittredge worked with

Revenue Service as a taxpayer service representative and as a tax preparation
specialist in the private sector. She also provided accounting and auditing
services for several clients and small businesses for a CPA firm.
Whittredge earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration
degree from Emporia State University. She and her husband, Donald, have
two college-age children, a son, Ben and a daughter, Erin.
Also Leisure Hotels, L.L.C. has announced the appointment of Hutchinson
native Lurie Dunham as Corporate Controller. Dunham's responsibilities
include supervising the accounting department, managing client financial
issues, and assisting in the current coordination and relocation of the
accounting functions to a total in-house operation.

Prior to joining Leisure Hotels, L.L.C., Dunham
was Vice-President Retail Accounting and Corporate Controller for Fas Mart
Convenience Stores, Inc. near Richmond, Virginia. Dunham previously served
as Controller for Kwik Shop, Inc. and as Real Estate Accountant for Dillon
Companies, Inc., both in Hutchinson, Kansas. With over 20 years of accounting
experience, Dunham's expertise includes financial reporting, management
reports and analysis, budget preparation and analysis, systemization of
work environments, and accounting and MIS department management.
Dunham earned her undergraduate degree in finance and accounting from
Wichita State University and her Master of Science in |
Management degree from Friends University, also in Wichita, Kansas. Dunham
and her husband, Alan, who owns a local accounting firm, reside in Hutchinson
with their two sons, Steven and Eric. In her leisure time, Dunham enjoys
scuba diving and golf.
Leisure Hotels, L.L.C., the management division of the Leisure Group
of Companies, provides complete accounting services for the hotel industry
encompassing operations, construction, financial analysis and income tax
