Richard Garneau Named National Accounts Manager
at UniFocus
DALLAS�April 11, 2000� Dallas-based UniFocus, one of the most comprehensive performance management firms in the hospitality industry, recently named Richard Garneau as national accounts manager.

Garneau brings more than 10 years experience in hospitality technology and another 10 years experience in hotel and restaurant management to UniFocus. Garneau comes to UniFocus from Gaithersburg, Md.-based CynterCon, a national firm specializing in the foodservice and hospitality industries, where he served as senior manager responsible for sales and management of technology consulting services. Prior to working with CynterCon, Garneau managed all facets of the installation and training department for Springer-Miller Systems, a supplier of hotel and restaurant application software. He has also held positions as MIS manager for Bruegger�s Corp. and director of Operations for Fidelio Software. Garneau holds a bachelor of science degree in hotel management from the University of New Hampshire.
