Who We Are - In 1992 Hospitality & Automation, the brainchild of Richard Siegel, was born with the sole intent of doing what the trade publications couldn't or wouldn't do which was creating a readable, informative hotel technology trade publication. It quickly became referred to as the "location for automation" and "the buyer's source for hotel technology." Today, Richard Siegel is the sole owner of The UPDATE Magazine and along with its website has once again become the "point man" for hospitality technology. That is our bio which is very much like our publications, precise, direct and to the point.
Update This! Provides technology news from the hospitality industry which is new, what is rumored, what is scandal and add a few things along the way. . Siegel Sez- UPDATE THIS!
