Mr. Schroeder, consistently in great demand for sharing his talents with food/beverage-related companies, has the depth of working many years in the industry, as well as serving as advisor in related industries. He was the owner/operator of Restaurant Concepts Inc., a corporation that developed, owned and operated over 22 Marie Callendar and Sizzler restaurants.  At Titus Foods, which owned and operated over 33 Hardee�s Restaurants, he was Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Director. 

Mr. Schroeder served as the Director of Food and Beverage and on the Board of Directors of Hughes Properties Inc., a subsidiary of Summa Corporation, which managed over 5,000 employees in the Nevada gaming industry. 

He currently consults privately with highly visible, leading organizations in hospitality, sports and other.  As a former professional athlete, Mr. Schroeder is able to include as clients the National Football League, NASCAR, the National Hockey League, and Major League Baseball and their officially-licensed consumer products. Mr. Schroeder is a Director of Responsive Marketing & Communications in Chicago, the official marketing agency for the 1996 Olympic Games, Boboli Pizza, Hellman�s Mayonnaise, Eveready Batteries, and Maestro Christobal Gabbaron (official artist for the 1996 Olympic Games and World Cup Soccer).
