14 Million Dollar Transformation 
 
Denver, December 06, 1999 - Denver�s Warwick Hotel will ring in 2000 with a new touch of European elegance with a totally refurbished and renovated hotel. 

Lights will dim on Sunday December 19, 1999 and work will begin creating 215 oversized guestrooms including 49 suites. Offering to the seasoned business traveler the Warwick Hotel � Denver will reopen as a Four Star Plus hotel. Each guest room will be equipped with two-telephone lines, data ports, coffee makers, hair dryers, full size irons & ironing boards and in room safes. 

The Warwick originally built in 1964 as the luxury Mayflower Towers, on the crest of Capitol Hill overlooking downtown Denver.  The completion of the renovation to the hotel will position the Warwick Hotel as the premier business anchor to the �Uptown Business District�. 

The hotel will have event and executive conference space to accommodate 15 � 300 guests.  The hotel will feature a partial enclosed roof top swimming pool, Executive/Concierge floors and a 24-hour Business Center.  The hotel will have the capability of accommodating 300 automobiles in a two level underground and street level parking structure.  Motor Coach parking and full service valet parking will also be available. 

The conclusion of the renovation project will include the addition of an Executive Conference Center and Athletic/Fitness Center on the 14th floor over looking the skyline of Denver and the Rocky Mountains.  An exciting new Restaurant & Bar will offer French/American cuisine and wines along with seasonal outdoor dining on the water fountain garden terrace. 

The location of the Warwick Hotel � Denver is ideal for both the business and leisure traveler, walking distance to the State Capitol, 16th Street Mall and Denver Pavilions.   Also, with-in a fifteen-minute walk is the Colorado Convention Center.  The hotel is within a 2-mile radius of all musical performing arts facilities. 

The Warwick Hotel � Denver is part of the Warwick International Hotel Chain based in Paris France, with 32 hotels in Europe, South Africa, Asia and the Fiji Islands.  The newest hotel is in Bangkok, Thailand.  Domestic hotels include New York, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Seattle, San Francisco and Denver.
