As Corporate Director of Sales, Shelton will be responsible for all aspects of hotel sales operations including sales team leadership, marketing and revenue management.

Prior to joining Springwood Hospitality, Shelton has extensive sales and marketing experience. Beginning her career in the late 90�s at a full service property in Central Florida, then switching gears a bit she began working with multiple extended stay properties for more than five years. Shelton served for over six years at Larry Blumberg and Associates (�LBA�), an entrepreneurial Marriott and Hilton franchisee. She most recently served as Regional Director of Sales & Marketing at LBA, where she oversaw as many as 16 properties. Previously she served as Director of Sales & Marketing for Residence Inn by Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott, and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. During her tenure with LBA, Shelton was responsible for monitoring and coordinating the implementation of sales and marketing plans and conducted sales training for general managers, area sales personnel and hotel staff.
