Friedrich Investments, Inc. Opens 131 room Suburban
Extended Stay Hotel in Houston, Texas

 
ATLANTA - September 10, 2003-Suburban Franchise Systems (SFS), owner and franchisor of Suburban Extended Stay Hotels, announces the opening of the third Suburban Extended Stay Hotel in Houston, Texas. Owner/Developer Bill Friedrich of Friedrich Investments, Inc. developed the 131-room property to serve visitors in the Clear Lake area in need of economy extended stay accommodations.

The property will be managed by Columbia Management Company of Atlanta.

Located off I-45 on Dixie Highway, the new extended stay hotel provides all the necessary amenities. The property features an array of room types including king, queen and double full. Each guestroom includes a complete kitchen equipped with sink, microwave, refrigerator, cook-top stove, coffeemaker, dishes and cookware. For business travelers, some rooms include high speed internet access and a work desk.  Other amenities include a fitness center and a swimming pool.  The three-story exterior corridor building complements the surrounding office park.
