David Steerenberg named Executive Vice President
of Brilliant�s Rapidly Expanding Canadian Office

TAMPA / WOODBRIDGE, ONTARIO � SEPT. 23, 2003 � Brilliant Hotelsoftware, a leading global supplier of property-management system solutions, has named David Steerenberg Executive Vice President of its Canadian office. In addition to managing the company�s Woodbridge, Ontario, office, Steerenberg assumes responsibility for ensuring total customer satisfaction on Brilliant Hotelsoftware installations across the U.S. and Canada.

With more than 1,700 installations under its belt across the globe, Brilliant currently is conducting an average of eight installations per month and already has more than 100 scheduled for next year, according to Patrick van der Wardt, Owner/Partner of the company.

�In his new role, David Steerenberg will be instrumental in establishing the infrastructure and procedures necessary to ensure our continued controlled growth, as well as in directing the Canadian office�s name change from Citadel Hospitality Automation to Brilliant Hotelsoftware later this year � a move already taken by the business� parent company in The Netherlands,� van der Wardt said.

Earlier in his career, Steerenberg worked in a variety of roles, including GM, at hotels across Europe, including: The Dorchester in London, the Intercontinental Luxembourg, and the Mövenpick Hotel in Essen, Germany, to name a few. After a successful career in hotel management, in 1999 Steerenberg joined Brilliant Hotelsoftware, formerly known as Citadel Hospitality Automation, handling property-management software installations throughout Europe. Last year Steerenberg served as Brilliant�s Sales Manager in the United Kingdom.
