Springfield, IL Receives $8 million Makeover |
in Hospitality Debuts in Illinois Capital
Unlike many Hotels that charge for everything from Parking to Local Phone Calls, the new Quality Inn & Suites, State House includes most amenities in its basic rate. "We believe that Hotel Guests are tired of being nickel & dimed during their stay. We also believe it's all about occupancy and repeat business, not taking quarters from our guests," said Joe Jeter. In addition to the list of included services, General Manager, Ron Congdon states, "We pretty much custom designed everything in this hotel making it completely different than any other hotel in the world. We want our guests to remember us not only for our service and comfort but for the style as well." Calling it a "Back to the Future" approach to Hotel Services, the California based investment group has made an $8 million dollar bet that the Illinois Market will respond to low rates and free amenities. |
