On July 17th 2003, Pertlink - the company that puts the IT into HospitalITy will be hosting a Hospitality Technology Workshop at The Eaton Hotel, Kowloon, Hong Kong The one-day workshop will stress
on the need and importance of putting IT
into HospitalITty � and will be devoted entirely
to discussing ways of enhancing customer experience through effective use
and deployment of technology, helping differentiate and drive business
to a Hotel, culminating in a ROT - Return On Technology.

This whole day event will showcase products and presentations from some of the world�s leading Technology Companies such as AVAYA Systimax, Cisco Systems, HP, Hutchison Telecom, iMagic, inter-touch, Micros-Fidelio and Roctec. These companies all have a focus on the hospitality industry and understand what it takes to help businesses especially under these trying conditions. The show originally scheduled to coincide with HOFEX 2003, will be a pre-cursor to HOFEX 2004 now scheduled to run from FEB 10-14 2004 at The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre at which time, the next Hospitality Technology Workshop and CIO Forum will be held. |
