Its time to look forward as our guests come back and to provide them with whatever they expect from our industry says James Lu Executive Director Hong Kong Hotels Association as he delivered his keynote address at Pertlink's Hospitality Technology Forum on July 17th 2003.

Attended by over 100 industry executives, the one-day workshop stressed on the need and importance of enhancing  the customer experience through  effective use and deployment of technology, helping differentiate and drive business to a Hotel - culminating in a ROT - Return On Technology.

With Hong Kong now in recovery mode after the unfortunate outbreak of SARS, and keen to get back on track as quick as possible, the timing of the workshop could not have been better.

Terence Ronson Managing Director of Pertlink Limited the show organizers had this to say; We were pleasantly surprised at the turnout and feedback from the audience and sponsors was extremely positive which confirms the need for such an event.
