July 2003 - The luxury Gran Meliá Don
Pepe Hotel, located right on the beach and only 600 meters from the center
of the glamorous resort of Marbella on the Spanish coast, has completely
renovated its facilities, restoring to all of its glory one of the finest
hotels in this famous Spanish resort. The ambitious renovation project
has been led by the Spanish architect Álvaro Sans, and has involved
an investment by the hotel owners Inextur of 10 million Euros. The work
done complements a previous investment of 3 million Euros in an earlier
refurbishment carried out in 1996.

to the Gran Meliá Don Pepe have included a thorough renovation of
its façade and terraces, as well as an elegant yet modern redecoration
and refurbishment of all guest rooms and public areas. The hotel has also
added 2 exclusive Presidential Suites on the penthouse floor, offering
guests intimacy and luxury including such facilities as Balinese beds,
hydromassage bathtub, open-air jacuzzi, sun terrace and pond. |
