Belmonte began his hospitality career in 1982 as a food & beverage manager trainee at the former Shamrock Hilton in Houston.  From 1982 to 1992 he held several positions with Hilton Hotels Corporation including director of purchasing at the Hilton Palacio del Rio in San Antonio and director of restaurant operations at the Hilton in the Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando.  Belmonte joined Adams Mark® Hotels in 1994 and served as director of food and beverage operations at properties in Philadelphia, Indianapolis and Orlando, before returning to the Hilton Family in

A native of Wyckoff, New Jersey, Belmonte graduated cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in hotel and restaurant management from the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston.
