Five Leading Experts Will Headline "Outlook 2004" at HSMAI / NYU Strategy Conference on September 25, 2003, NYC

MCLEAN, VA (July 29, 2003) � Insight and information vital to planning for 2004 and beyond will be presented as five of the most sought-after experts in the lodging and travel industry headline the upcoming Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI)/NYU Strategy Conference on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2003 at the Marriott Marquis in New York City.

The quintet of marketing gurus and research strategists participating with their take on the trends, research and predictions are: 

  • Bjorn Hansen, Ph.D., global industry leader, PricewaterHouseCoopers, Hospitality & Leisure Practice; 
  • Mark Lomanno, president, Smith Travel Research; 
  • Betsy O�Rourke, senior vice president of marketing, Travel Industry Association of America; 
  • Peter C. Yesawich, Ph.D, managing partner, Yesawich, Pepperdine, Brown, & Russell, and

The half-day program will be held from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm (with lunch) and include individual presentations with time for Q&A.  At the conclusion, all of the experts will come together for a joint �rap session� of questions and discussion.
