Hilton New York and Sheraton Hotels of New York City
Create Unique Marketing Partnership To Attract
Association Meeting Planners
On Monday, April 7, 2003, the Hilton New York and Sheraton Hotels of New York City launched their newly created partnership, NY 5000, to association meeting planners based in the Washington D.C. area.  The hotels, situated about 150' from one another, are located in Midtown Manhattan.  In a collective effort, the Hilton New York, Sheraton New York and Sheraton Manhattan Hotels feature up to 100 different meeting rooms, more than 225,000 square feet of meeting space and can accommodate up to 425 exhibits, as well as offer an almost combined total of  5,000 guestrooms -- giving large groups a perfect alternative to meeting in a convention center.

Former New York City Mayor, Rudolph Giuliani enthusiastically kicked off NY 5000 at the John F.
