London and Regional purchased the Hilton London Green Park from Green Park Asset Management in May 1999, which coincided with Hilton's agreement with London and Regional to lease the property. The refurbishment is funded by London and Regional, with added investment from Hilton International.
 

The 163 contemporary-styled bedrooms include 39 deluxe-plus rooms, 93 standard double rooms, 28 standard single rooms, 2 access rooms and one suite. The design is modern minimalist, with state-of-the-art equipment including PlayStation, cable television, iron and ironing boards and two telephones with data ports.  Two rooms will also be converted into access rooms for disabled persons.
