HotelEXPERT System Introduces
EZ-PM Powered by Maximo®
June 18, 2003 - Two leaders in their fields, HotelEXPERT and Maximo®, known respectively for rapid response and facilities management, have bridged their applications to deliver the most comprehensive operations software available to the Lodging industry. The release date is June 23 at the HITEC Show in New Orleans.

HotelEXPERT provides a common platform to track and dispatch guest requests via pagers or mobile phones. It also monitors complaints, rebates and amends, writes letters, scores surveys, recognizes employees and emails reports and alerts.

Maximo is used by 10,000 customers worldwide and more than 260,000 end-users. Maximo provides comprehensive Facilities Management and Preventive Maintenance scheduling.

Used by Fortune 500 companies, MAXIMO's Preventive Maintenance application provides comprehensive PM scheduling and history of any location or equipment in your facility. 

Guest-related tasks are synchronized between HotelEXPERT & MAXIMO. Calls originated from MAXIMO can now be auto-dispatched via SmartPaging module of HotelEXPERT. PM tasks designated for MAXIMO can also be opened or closed via HotelEXPERT's Telephone Interface module.

To boot, there's no re-training required for HotelEXPERT or MAXIMO users. Users can stay with the System they are comfortable with. Soon to be available are MAXIMO reports by email, generated by HotelEXPERT's ALEC! module.
